I Noodle Ramen and Dumpling

My friends and I have been going to iNoodle Ramen and Dumpling for years, and the food is great. The ramen, dumplings, noodle dishes, and boba are all solid, and they do BOGO boba on Saturdays. They’re also really good with gluten-free requests; my family member and friend with celiac disease eat here regularly and have had good experiences. It’s a casual, reliable local spot with nice owners, a robust menu, and consistently good food.

I've been here several times and I'm always impressed with the ramen quality. I ordered a jasmine tea with my meal and boba to to since they were BOGO. My travel partner has a sesame allergy and he was able to find several safe options. I love their soft boiled eggs too! The waiter we had was awesome and honestly so charismatic, can't wait to come back! Portions are huge so come hungry!

Four to five stars. Comfort food done right. You walk in and it’s simple. Clean. Focused. No distractions. That’s a good sign—means they care about the food. Ramen? Solid. Broth has depth, not watered down. Noodles cooked right, not mushy. You actually get that rich, warming hit you expect. Dumplings—another win. Juicy, flavorful, not dry, not falling apart. They know what they’re doing there. Portions are fair, prices reasonable, and the whole experience feels consistent. You order, it comes out hot, it delivers. That’s the baseline—and they hit it. Now, it’s not trying to be high-end dining. Don’t expect that. It’s more of a go-to spot. Reliable. Repeatable. The kind of place you come back to when you want something that works every time. Bottom line: good ramen, strong dumplings, clean execution. Not overhyped—just solid. And that’s exactly why it’s worth it.

Came the 2nd day they opened in the area years ago.First myself, then my wife and myself, and now, my daughter. Ever since, each week we go, and the quality is still the same: great. Staff is fantastic. Truely is a food gem of Ponte Vedra that stays in business, while still knowing your first name. I've been to nearly every Ramen place in Jax/Orlando. I think this tops the list in taste and authenticity.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. I especially love the chicken wings and beef ramen. The waitress is very nice and sweet as well. Definitely a 5-star experience!
